How to make a perfect, no fuss raw chia jam. Tasty, unrefined sugar jam for any guilt free breakfast.
Ingredients
1 Cup berries of choice
1 tbsp. chia seeds
1 tbsp. agave syrup
juice of half a lemon
Instructions
Simple add all the ingredients to a bowl and mash (or put in a blender for a less chunky jam)
Refrigerate for 1 hour, then transfer to a airtight jar.
Use within 7 days and keep refrigerated
