Crunchy, flavoursome roasted pumpkin seeds for pennies! Perfect for snacking, sprinkling and spicing up your dishes. Reduce your waste with this super simple recipe!
Ingredients
¾ cup raw pumpkin seeds
1 tsp olive oil
½ tsp smoked paprika
pinch of sea salt
Instructions
Pre heat your oven to 375F/190C/Gas Mark 5.
Remove all the pumpkin flesh from the seeds, rinse and drain well. Pat dry with a paper towel or kitchen tea towel.
In a bowl mix together the pumpkin seeds, olive oil, smoked paprika and sea salt. Stir well.
Pour onto a baking tray, spread the seeds out evenly and bake for 25 minutes.
Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving or storing in an airtight box for up to 14 days.
