I’m Rosie, the one and only chef, baker, maker, developer, photographer, designer, editor so on of The Hungry Herbivores. Food is my passion and Veganism is my belief, therefore there couldn’t have been a better route than get blogging about it! Since I spend the majority of time eating, making and thinking about food, it was foolish not to share the delights of vegan food with the net.
I am proud to be a part of the fast growing vegan community. For veggies and non-veggies alike, I create and share my vegan recipes that fall short of the quite false stereotype of a vegan salad-leaf diet. Exploring food is exciting, and here on The Hungry Herbivores blog, I want to encourage and inspire you to play with the amazing flavours and textures you can find in a vegan diet – no matter your budget, experience or food preference. My vision is to provide a vast range of recipes to satisfy all individuals’ taste-buds, using a variety of ingredients such as: raw wholefoods, gluten-free friendly foods and/or budget yummies.
